Today we had a meeting with all the leaders for our Possessing Together Building Banquet. It was a great meeting in preparation for Kickoff Sunday tomorrow. Also, tickets go on sale tomorrow.

Mt. Zion Is Gone
Thanks to the following men for their labor in “moving” Mt. Zion: Ray Mintz, Larry Roberson, Chris McDermott, Ivan Esquival, Harold Davis, and Oscar Torres.
Mt. Zion, Drawings, and Grading
- We had a great week on the job site this past week.
- We hauled many, many loads of dirt out.
- Donna Rallonza has also been working very hard on completing our drawings. She has recently completed the ceiling plan and the door and window schedules.
- The building drawings are being finalized and it’s exciting to see all the final details.
- Please pray for God’s favor as we have resumed grading and compacting this week.
Mt. Zion and Our Loan
- Last week we were able to continue to haul dirt out to signal hill.
- The oil operator’s lot also opened up. We are now able to export dirt out to a location that is even closer on Wardlow Road right next to Pastor’s house!
- Thank you to Oil Operators Inc!
- We are also had several meetings with lenders, please pray as we are getting close to selecting which lender we will be using.
- The site is drying up, but we still have a lot of work to go to get it back to where it needs to be. Please contact Richard Lazo if you are interested in helping out during the next few weeks.
- A BIG THANK YOU TO ALL THE MEN WHO HAVE COME AND HELPED!!!
First Update of the Year
- We had a great week on the job site!
- Our volunteer men are still able to use the CAT loader for free—this week we saved $400 day in rental fees!
- A man by the name of Tony from System Maintenance in Signal Hill is assisting us in the process to save by allowing us to continue using the loader free of charge.
- We give a great BIG THANK YOU to our drivers who volunteered last week.
- The site is coming together as “Mount Zion” is diminishing.
- Please continue to pray for continued progress as “severe weather” continues to persist.
