PBC Building Updates

Recently, we were able to pass the electrical inspection. We are waiting for the fire and the final inspection coming very soon. The state is also coming by to approve our elevator very soon. Please pray that these inspections can take place soon and are in our favor. In the other building, we are close to finishing the women’s restroom! The toilets have been successfully installed, along with the counters and sinks. The finishing touches are all that remain to make this restroom fully operational. These remodels have been very refreshing to see. It will be a blessing to see the whole building remodeled! Thank you for your generous giving and heartfelt prayers.

It is so exciting to see how much progress our church building has made just this year! We have been anxiously waiting for the elevator to be finished. As you have seen in recent photos or in person, it has been fully installed. Our last step is the final inspection from the city. Once this is passed, the elevator will be fully functional! For the past month, we have had many pieces of furniture delivered so when we move into the remainder of the building we are prepared. We have received desks, shelves, and chairs. 300 brand-new chairs for our classrooms and offices were delivered just this week. These are going to be used for our future generations in the college. With all the furniture that has been delivered, some of our men are working endlessly at putting the furniture together and getting it installed in the offices. Our staff men have begun moving into their offices already. This is both encouraging and exciting to see. We ask that you please continue to pray for the advancement of the building and our upcoming Building Offering Sunday.

Here are a few updates on both buildings this week! We have officially begun putting the doors in the old building. These were provided by a grant through the city. We praise the Lord for the opportunity to be approved for this. The installation of the doors in the Spanish auditorium and Spanish foyer has started. The elevator is so close to being completed! It has gone through an extensive installation by professionals. Currently, the tile in front of the elevator has been removed so that the space could be even. Additionally, there was carpet added to the inside of the elevator. Once the elevator is running it will allow our members to have easy access to the balcony or classrooms. While these are small updates, we continue to thank the Lord for the progress as it takes one step closer to finishing. Please pray for the building campaign and what the Lord will have you give for Building Offering Sunday. 

The elevator project is nearly complete! All that remains are the final touches and our last inspection. Please pray for a successful inspection. In the old building, the tiling in the ladies’ restroom, from floor to ceiling, is now complete. Next, we’ll install the stalls, sinks, and ensure everything is properly connected. This project is almost finished, and we’re eagerly anticipating what God has in store for our future as Pastor renews the visions with the new campaign this Sunday. Things are progressing rapidly! Please keep us in your prayers as we near the completion of the new building construction. The elevator installation is underway and expected to be finished within the week. After that, we’ll be able to schedule the final inspection. We’re thrilled about this milestone, and we sincerely appreciate your prayers and support!!
