Praise the Lord that the men were able to pour concrete for the main stairs and last retaining wall this week! We had a great team working on this Thursday morning, including the Snakenbergs, who are back with us for a couple months. It is exciting to see this project nearing completion!
Drywall is going up in several rooms of the new building! The men are working on the coffee shop, a classroom, and some bathrooms. We are also planning on pouring concrete for the steps outside this week! The framing for that is complete. If inspection goes well, the men on the jobsite can get the stairs and last retaining wall finished with concrete within the next week!
This week the men are working on setting up the last ramp retaining wall as well as the stairs from the parking lot to the new building. Once they finish the framework for these, they can pour concrete. We are thankful for all their hard work and diligence to see this project completed! Thank you for praying and giving to our Finishing Strong Building Campaign! This week the men poured concrete for a retaining wall and some planters around the ramp area. Now that those are set, they have moved on to breaking ground for some new stairs and planters. It is exciting to see the final product taking shape day by day!
Praise the Lord for a tremendous Building Offering Sunday! Thank you for praying for and giving to our new building so that we may be able to “Finish Strong” this year! The outside work is progressing every day as new retaining walls are being added for structure and safety to our ramp area. This week, the men are working on getting a wall framed and poured that will be part of the new patio area beside the ramp.
